The first Tikkun Olam discussion of 2019 will begin with the documentary, This Is Home, and follow with a discussion. This Is Home is the winner of the 2018 Sundance Audience Award: World Cinema Documentary, and focuses on the lives of Syrian refugees who are resettled in the United States.
