Produced by the JCC, South Bay Teen Idol is an “American Idol” style competition that crowns the best teenage singer in the South Bay. Teenage vocalists in 8th-12th grades are eligible to compete.
The finals competition features 10 talented teen performers, who will be performing before a live audience and a panel of judges in the APJCC Auditorium. The judges choose the top 3 contestants and then the audience votes for its favorite. The first-place winner receives a $2,500 prize, as well as a donation of $500 to the winner’s school. The second and third place winners also receive prizes.
This is a great chance to see some of the best teen talent in the South Bay!
