For the month of July, there will be no Friday night services at Beth David. Instead we encourage you to create your own Shabbat experience at home. We have a lot of great information on our website. Go to www.beth-david.org/shabbat-rituals  to learn how you can create Shabbat @ Home.  For those who may not know, Shabbat, the Jewish Sabbath, is a 25-hour period of rest lasting from just before sunset on Friday evening until nightfall on Saturday. The idea is to take a break from ordinary life, and focus on family time and spiritual growth.
