Tim Elias of Green Team West Valley will discuss the waste industry, problems we are having with recycling contamination, and California’s state law for mandatory organics disposal for commercial properties. Tim will mention a bit about the national policy with China not accepting our recyclables and that we are only able to process dry/clean recyclables.
