J-Moms is a new program series for working moms with children up to age 3. Led by parent educator, Ali Glinsky.

Every other Tuesday night, 8:00 - 9:15 pm

$50 for the whole series

Participants will have the option to join either via conference call or in person at the Levy Family Campus.

Each session will touch on a different parenting-related subject:

Feb 4 - Introduction and networking; juggling career and motherhood.

Feb 18 - Addressing Mom guilt, bonding and activities.

March 3 - Special guest speaker on non violent communication. How to talk to children and adults in your life effectively.

March 17 - Managing relationships (partner, parents and in-laws.)

March 28* - Family playdate at the park

March 31 - Social media with children, now and the future.
