The overriding goal of the 2019 Healthy Living Fair, to be held in Gilroy this year, is to provide free healthcare screening and educational information to low-income, multi-ethnic, homeless, and under-served or uninsured families. Our focus is prevention through education and enhanced awareness, early detection of chronic and ultimately life-threatening diseases, and health promotion. Services include medical, vision, and dental screening, as well as care and care referrals. 

 

We are partnering with St. Mary Parish in Gilroy, Congregation Emeth of Morgan Hill, Tzu Chi Buddhist Foundation, the Lions Club, Vision Service Plan, OnSite Dental, Santa Clara County Dental Society, and Santa Clara County Optometric Society. We are grateful to Tabard Theater, Kaiser Medical Foundation, Anthem Foundation, Gilroy Rotary Club, Health Trust, UFCW Local 5, as well as Congregation Shir Hadash donors for their generous contributions.
