Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga where all the exercises are done while either sitting on a chair or standing and using the chair for support. Its purpose is to stretch muscles and joints. As we age, we reduce the amount of exercise of these muscles and joints. Chair Yoga provides additional exercise.

Weekly sessions are on a drop-in basis with a $5 fee, which is paid directly to the instructor.
Class is in the Chapel at Congregation Shir Hadash and open to everyone.
