The Harvard Health Blog has reported on the benefits of writing your memoirs. Join us for an opportunity to get started under the direction of an experienced instructor.

Participants will have the opportunity to write and share their memoirs, and get class feedback. Sharing with each other is very meaningful, and everything written for the class remains confidential. The continuity month-to-month increases the value of the experience.

The instructor, former journalist Carol Aaron, will begin sessions by giving suggestions on how to write and organize memoir writing, and will share examples. At the end of each class she will distribute handouts, giving prompts and questions to facilitiate writing ideas. Between sessions, Carol will share relevant article to be discussed at the next session.
